I started this blog as a class project my senior year of college. I was taking a social media class, as I majored in marketing, and was asked to make a blog. I did write for class for a while, but after school let it go. Hoping to get back into it, I've redesigned everything and I'm going to do my best to post consistently!
Now about me and my family:
My wonderful husband's name is Holwell and we've been married for 4 years now. Holwell grew up in the funeral business and is a fourth generation funeral director and mortician. I am a marketing professional in Columbia, Missouri and enjoy traditional working hours. Holwell's working hours are anything but traditional, or consistent...it keeps us on our toes!
Holwell and I make a great team and love working in our church as elementary children's church teachers. Although we don't have any kids of our own yet, we will have had plenty of practice! I also am from a blended family of which I am the oldest of 11 kids! I've pretty much known I was going to be a freakin' awesome mom since I was a kid ;). Holwell on the other hand has a single sister, so who knows how many we'll have. For now, our puppy Simba is all we need to keep the baby itch away!
